Your mindset is everything after “I AM”. For example, “I am successful, I am kind, I am worthy, I am depressed, I am poor, etc.” Everything you define as your I AM is made up of your beliefs and your assumptions, the story you tell yourself. That story is a culmination of all things you’ve been told, witnessed, believed, and reacted to throughout your life.
Mindset is really what you tell yourself, how you define yourself. However, who we truly goes far beyond that. Who we truly are is a divine being, called God? Although not all will believe it but it’s true. As you rise to different levels of consciousness and begin to awake, it will become clear. In the meantime, if it sounds a bit unreasonable that’s okay. Just know that your mindset, your I AM and the state of consciousness you occupy at any given time will consistently be reflected in what you experience in your outer awareness.
Redefine Your Mindset
The mindset you have can be redefined. Nothing is impossible so if you desire better health then ask yourself, what “I AM” are you speaking/thinking regarding health? If you desire success or wealth, what “I AM” would indicate that you are successful or wealthy. Take inventory of you “I AM” statements and thoughts. If your current mindset does not fully align with exactly what you want, then actively set out to redefine your “I AM” statements. Be aware though, that change encompasses more than just repeating affirmations. If you affirm a statement but still believe something to the contrary, then you must simultaneously work on changing those beliefs.
You are only limited by what you believe you are limited by. Change your “I AM” to change your mindset and observe as you witness the changes you wish to see unfold around you.
