The art of manifesting is not actually an art; it is something we do naturally. However, from the moment we first reacted or formed a thought based on something in our awareness, without understanding, our manifestations started appearing in our awareness (reality). Whether the manifestation was intentional or not.
From the moment we were born and first became aware, the cycle has repeated. When I started to truly awake from this dream we called life last year, I began to see how the cycle played out in my own life. Especially when it comes to the old story of dealing with anxiety and depression. If you are dealing with insecurities or fear, anxiety, or depression, I tell you that you can create a way out of the cycle. It is a matter of consciousness, changing your story, and being intentional.
I should note that I do not consider myself fully awake yet. Scripture has not fully unfolded within me. Although, I have had many mystical dreams and experiences which indicate the inevitability of fully awakening. So, back to what I was saying about the art of manifesting. From the moment we become aware, we react. We then begin manifesting, forming beliefs and assumptions, manifesting, and so goes the cycle. That is until we become aware (awaken) to the fact that everything we experience reflects our inner states.
Shift Your State
Therefore, if you want to overcome anxiety and depression, then shift your state of consciousness. Even a slight shift can make a difference. I want you to think about how many times throughout the day you say out loud or think to yourself, “I am depressed or anxious” or “I am can’t do that.” Now Stop! You need to be conscious of what you are saying out loud and thinking to yourself.
Do not manifest unwanted things but rather be intentional about what you want and how you want to feel. Entertain those thoughts instead. It might take some practice but trust me, you can be intentional and have a life free of anxiety, depression, fears, and insecurities.
