Understanding Non-Duality: We are One

Understanding Non-Duality

After my awakening, I started hearing more and more about non-duality. According to Wikipedia, non-duality is defined as “In spirituality, nondualism, also known as non-duality, indicates ‘not two’ or ‘one unified without a second.” Non-duality fundamentally alludes to a grown-up state of cognizance, where the separation of I-other is “transcended,” and mindfulness is depicted as “centerless” and “without dichotomies.”

In the scriptures, it is said that “My Father and I are one.” This is an example of non-duality! Depending on my understanding and experience, all of us (man/humanity) are interconnected through mindfulness. We are all parts of the same awareness, which is God. Despite this, we are in a dream-like state, fantasizing about life. We will eventually understand the truth of our identity, God (being present in every human being).

Indeed, we are not two but one. In any case, we are still one regardless of whether we are in a developed state of awareness. There is no duality, only the false impression that we are separate. All things considered, it isn’t the definition of the implication behind the term but somewhat the term itself. As we become aware, we acknowledge that we are God and that there is one origin. Non-duality is God. Duality is the fantasy we experience as man/humanity in an oblivious state.

Our boundaries, convictions, and assumptions are the only limits we go beyond in this life. We ascend in levels of mindfulness, and as we stir up, we start to comprehend that we are God and all one. We do not surpass being two, just the acknowledgment of such. In my view, non-duality is utilized to make it look like we have to accomplish something, this awareness experience. It isn’t something we can obtain but rather something that we experience when the ideal time comes when we feel an irresistible yearning for God.

This is dependent on my understanding and comprehension of sacred text up until now. Consequently, I comprehend that we can’t do anything to get to a spiritual awakening. It isn’t something that can be forced since holy writings uncover themselves when it is implied to us, as dictated by God before we were formed in the mother’s womb.
