What do dreams reveal? Well, I had a dream on August 15th, 2019 that my husband and I, along with a group of friends were at a party in someone’s house. We were sitting on the floor and I was in front of him (maybe on his lap). As I turned my head and leaned into him to kiss him (a passionate kiss); I noticed a woman sitting across from us on a couch with some other people. This woman looked really upset that my husband and I were kissing.
In the next dream, my ex-husband threatened to take our children. As I tried to stop him, he called the authorities. Fortunately, they determined that my past mistakes did not reflect on me now and that I’m a good parent.
It has become obvious to me that dreams really do reflect our beliefs, our fears, and doubts, and even what we experience or will experience. I consider all dreams mystical to some extent because there really is no definitive way to explain them. That is unless you are very aware of your thoughts and observant of your external reality. When dreams are mystical in the sense that God is speaking to you through a dream, those often contain symbolism that may or may not be easily interpreted.
So, in essence, dreams reveal quite a bit. Although, oftentimes they can be misinterpreted. That is why I always write down my dreams and experiences. I find it helpful to notice the patterns and also, connect the dots when I know a dream is confirming something I have been thinking about.
