A Punch to the Gut

Punch to the Gut

A punch to the gut is what it felt like.  On the night of May 1, I had a couple of dreams. While dreaming, I thought, “I need to write this down so I don’t forget.”  That has happened increasingly these days – being aware during a dream.  I did not remember the dream when I woke up around 5 am, so I fell asleep.  I woke up again at 6:30 am, then started to drift off again after a few minutes and felt a jolt.  The jolt was in my abdomen, and it felt like I had been zapped.

I wrote the experience down because I get woken up often now.  Although most of the time, I am working up to the sound of hearing a doorbell or a telephone.  However, on a few occasions, I’ve been woken up to what appear to be physical sensations like a punch to the gut, jolts, zaps, etc.  I have no idea why.

As a matter of fact, up until earlier this year, I often felt the sensation of electric shocks in my head quite often.  They stopped months ago after the mystical dreams started occurring more often.  I choose to believe it all of it is connected to “awakening.”

The sensation I felt, the jolt which felt like a punch to the gut, was strong enough to make me move.  It honestly felt like I had been punched in the stomach. Generally, I do not receive any insight with anything like the jolts or hearing the doorbell. However, I often do with my dreams or visions.
