Students who register for online courses occasionally change their minds for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a clear refund policy for students who decide not to take the course.
Online Course Refunds
Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances. Both conditions must be met:
- The student/user did not access any portion of the online course.
- The student/user requests a refund, in writing via email, within three (3) business days from the date of registration (email notification sent).
There will be no refunds for any online courses (or events) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
A full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days (depending on the bank).
Digital Products (eBooks & Kindle)
There are no refunds for Kindle books or e-books. All digital product sales are final.
Agreement
Please understand that with the enrollment and access of your online course, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy.
