Refund Policy

Students who register for online courses occasionally change their minds for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a clear refund policy for students who decide not to take the course.

Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances. Both conditions must be met:

• The student/user did not access any portion of the online course.
• The student/user requests a refund, in writing via email, within three (3) business days from the date of registration (email notification sent).

There will be no refunds for any online courses (or events) once a course has been accessed in any manner.

A full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days (depending on the bank).

There are no refunds for Kindle books or e-books. All digital product sales are final.

Please understand that with the enrollment and access of your online course, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy.
